How much do I earn? You earn $1,000 for every client you refer who purchases Replace Your Mortgage. When a partner you personally brought in refers a client who purchases, you also earn a $300 override.
What counts as a commissionable sale? A sale counts once your referral purchases the program and we've collected payment. Our in-house sales team handles every call and close, so all you do is make the introduction.
How long do I get credit for a referral? Your tracking cookie lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, the sale is yours.
When and how do I get paid? Commissions are paid weekly by ACH direct deposit. After you're approved, you'll connect a payout account in your partner back office. The minimum payout is $300.
What happens if a client gets a refund? If a client is refunded within one year of purchase, the commission for that sale is reversed.
How does the Tier 2 override work? You earn $300 when a partner you personally referred makes a sale. Overrides are paid only on client purchases, never for signing up partners.
Do I have to disclose that I'm a partner? Yes. The FTC requires a clear disclosure wherever you share your link, such as "I earn a commission if you join through my link." You'll get approved wording and a list of claims you can and can't make when you join.
Can I promote in groups, forums, or paid ads? Yes. You can share your link anywhere you own without asking first: your social profiles, YouTube channel, podcast, website, email list, or a group you run. For paid ads, or for posting in groups and forums you don't run, email [email protected] with where it'll run, your copy or creative, and your link, and we'll get back to you within 2 business days. The only hard no's are bidding on our brand names in search ads and posting where a group's rules ban promotion.
